4. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. Yaami is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
5. Subscription & Payments
Paid features require subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
6. Free Plan Limitations
Free users have limits on menu count, lack AI image enhancement, and no custom domain.
7. Service Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
Yaami software and design are owned by us. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts for term violations or misuse. You may cancel at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaami is not liable for indirect damages or errors in AI content.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Yaami against claims arising from your content or use.
